Job summary

WW Clyde in Apache Junction, AZ, is seeking a Project Specialist to support the Project Controls team. The role involves organizing project setup, budgeting, and contract administration in an in-person environment with no remote option.

You will work with managers on kickoff through closure, handle subcontractor and owner communications, and ensure paperwork, insurance, and payroll reporting are in place. Strong MS Office skills and construction knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s/Associates or technical degree preferred.
• Contract administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visualize, fulfill, and implement the project vision and values.
• Set up new contacts and budgets in the project management software.
• Execute formal contracts with Owners and Subcontractors via DocuSign.
• Obtain insurance and paperwork upon subcontract execution.
• Process subcontractor payments and DOT project entries.
• Assist with certified payroll reporting and related filings.
• Support change orders, documentation, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate project information and communications with owners and subs.
• Assist in monthly owner billings and ensure operational consistency.
• Maintain a safe and healthful work environment.
