• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or similar survey technologies.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a desire to continuously learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple survey projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget.
• Lead survey efforts for utility, renewable energy, commercial, and land development projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, field crews, contractors, and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Review deliverables, project scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, and overall project performance.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and help foster long-term partnerships.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to survey staff and emerging professionals.
• Support a collaborative, team-first culture where knowledge sharing and growth are encouraged.
• Identify challenges early, developing solutions, and keeping projects moving forward.
