Weaver Consultants Group in Naperville, IL is seeking a Management-level Senior Land Surveyor to oversee complex land development and municipal projects on a full-time basis. You will manage project teams, maintain client contact, and ensure timely delivery of surveying work.

The role requires 10-15 years of experience, IL PLS licensure (or ability to obtain within a year), and advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble equipment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in land development (commercial, industrial, single-family, etc.) and municipal development projects
• Must possess the Professional Land Surveyor licensure in Illinois or ability to obtain within 1 year
• Advanced knowledge of survey field procedures
• Advanced knowledge of survey equipment and software (Trimble a plus)
• Ability to evaluate field data and perform survey calculations in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Ability to oversee and manage a project team of field survey staff
• Verbal skills and organizational ability to communicate with project managers and staff
• Time management skills
• The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience
