Job summary

Indyne Corporation is seeking a Project Support Specialist to perform visitor control and security duties at the Atlantic Test Range (ATR) in Patuxent River, Maryland. The role is full-time and onsite, with responsibilities including greeting visitors, granting access to secure areas, and maintaining clearance information.

The position requires a high school diploma, possible DoD clearance eligibility, and flexibility for overtime or weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required to qualify as Project Support Specialist I.
• To qualify as Project Support Specialist II, a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with office software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and SharePoint.
• Overtime, evenings, and weekends may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all facility visitors and assist as necessary.
• Provide access to mission control rooms and secure areas.
• Maintain, verify, and update clearance information for customers.
• Schedule conference rooms.
• Monitor vehicle gate access at ATR’s facility.
• Escort building service team members into ATR’s secure areas.
• Provide facility-wide page announcements as necessary.
• Provide other administrative support as needed.
• Work under supervision of the admin team lead.
