Job description

Essential Functions:
  1. Reviews submitted opportunities for viability (including compliance review) and partners with account owners for concerns / clarity.
  2. Prepares for site walks by completing pre-call planners.
  3. Walks sites and identifies project scope, product needs, and installation service opportunities, including quantities, selections, scope, and job cadence for execution.
  4. Partners with Lowe’s Independent Service Providers to determine scope requirements and cost elements based on site walk.
  5. Evaluates the profitability and viability of customer requests.
  6. Prepares comprehensive bid packets based on walk details, installer inputs, and final customer selections; presents bids for signature and execution by the account contact.
  7. Partners with LPR Virtual Support team, installers, and customers to host a Pre-Construction conference to ensure ordering, deliveries, installation, and overall project scheduling are aligned and forecasted.
  8. Conducts post-mortem conversations with key stakeholders for all opportunities to gather feedback, including opportunities won or lost.
  9. Leverages defined systems and processes to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
  10. Supports peers and leaders with other duties as assigned and required.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
  • 1-2 years of construction experience with a strong sales background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of blueprints and technical skills
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Additional Information:

Pay Range: $72,400.00 - $120,900.00 annually. Starting pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position, location, education, training, and experience. For benefits information, visit https://talent.lowes.com/us/en/benefits.
