Overview

Lowe's Pro Renovations (LPR) Project Representatives oversee and execute complex projects submitted by our Pro Sales team. They identify customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions, supporting projects from lead submission to completion.

Essential Functions

1. Review submitted opportunities for viability, including compliance, and collaborate with account owners for clarification.
2. Prepare for site walks using pre-call planners.
3. Conduct site walks to determine project scope, product needs, installation opportunities, quantities, selections, and project cadence.
4. Partner with Lowe’s Independent Service Providers to define scope requirements and cost elements based on site assessments.
5. Assess the profitability and feasibility of customer requests.
6. Prepare detailed bid packets incorporating site details, installer input, and customer selections; present bids for approval.
7. Coordinate with the LPR Virtual Support team, installers, and customers for pre-construction meetings to align on ordering, delivery, installation, and scheduling.
8. Conduct post-project reviews with stakeholders to gather feedback on both successful and unsuccessful opportunities.
9. Utilize established systems and processes to deliver an excellent customer experience.
10. Assist peers and leadership with additional duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
• 1-2 years of construction experience with a strong sales background.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of blueprints and technical skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $72,400 - $120,900 annually. Starting pay varies based on factors like location, education, training, and experience. For benefits information, visit our benefits page.
