Position Description: This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a well-funded, emerging growth stage company who has re-invented HVAC. We at Blue Frontier are racing to solve the biggest sustainability problem in the world with our game-changing air conditioning and dehumidification technology for commercial buildings and light industrial applications.

As a Project Support Engineer at Blue Frontier, with a minimum of 3 years prior experience in the HVAC, construction or building technologies space, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our Product, Services and Sales Teams. The Project Support Engineer's primary responsibility will be to provide support to the Field Services Group. In this position, the Project Support Engineer will be assisting with submittal production, analyzing blueprints and potential unit placement sites for implementation of the BF technology and providing support to field installers.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate and detailed proposals based on customer specifications, providing clear explanations of the technical aspects involved.
2. Assist with project management duties including creating and updating Gantt charts and following up with product documentation and project status.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and customer support to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

1. MUST HAVE a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, etc.)
2. MUST HAVE a minimum of 3 years experience in technical/engineering Project Support, Sales Support or administrative role in HVAC, construction or building technologies space.
3. A background in commercial air conditioning is preferred.
4. Fast learner.
5. IT proficiency in Microsoft applications, ERP/CRM and project management systems.
6. Excellent organizational skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to comprehend complex technical information and present it in a clear and understandable manner.

Compensation and Benefits:

Highly competitive salary to align with the position and level of capabilities of the applicant: $52,000 to $90,000 annual salary, depending on experience.

Location and Travel:

This role will be based out of our Boca Raton corporate office which is located close to Boca Raton Tri-Rail station. This role may include a small proportion of travel for site visits, typically up to 10% or 20%.
