About This Role

This is a home office (remote) position requiring proximity to a major airport. The role involves independent work as a seasoned Service Engineer, developing specialized product knowledge, performing complex diagnostics, and maintaining effective communication with customers and field teams to resolve system issues.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 40% regionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial HVAC equipment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Service Max.
• Experience with technical presentations and training.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
