Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate Technical Sales Support Engineer specializing in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems for our esteemed Manufacturing unit. This role is for those who have a knack for thermomechanical projects and HVAC improvements, coupled with an ability to support sales teams and provide technical training. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert on HVAC products and will have a keen interest in processing improvement. This role demands a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the sales team, assisting in the development and implementation of customer applications and solutions.
  • Spearhead thermomechanical projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective implementation.
  • Drive HVAC improvements, employing innovative techniques and technologies to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  • Deliver technical training to both internal teams and customers, enhancing their understanding and utilization of HVAC products.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert on HVAC products, providing insights and advice to both the sales team and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive processing improvement, enhancing efficiency, and productivity across the organization.
  • Analyze and interpret technical specifications and requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in managing thermomechanical projects and driving HVAC improvements.
  • Expertise in supporting sales teams and providing technical training.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a subject matter expert on HVAC products.
  • Strong experience in driving processing improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide quick solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, understandable terms.
