This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

1. Support sales engineers, application engineers, and sales teams (inside and outside).
2. Be technically competent in commercial unitary products and VRF-ductless equipment lines.
3. Navigate essential software such as the HVAC Partners Website, Carrier Quote Pro, and others.
4. Use industry-related websites including Airefco, Ferguson, and others efficiently.
5. Maintain friendly, cooperative, and positive communication skills over the phone.
6. Proficiently use the company's ERP system for inventory, product availability, and tracking.
7. Provide submittal data and O&M manuals as needed to sales teams, customers, and engineers.
8. Act as a communication link between factory, customers, and sales teams.
9. Support sales and growth activities, including promoting additional opportunities.
10. Perform take-offs on Plan & Spec and Design Build projects as required.
11. Provide accurate and timely customer quotes.
12. Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 5 years of related experience in application, sales, design, or quoting.
• Ability to complete responsibilities professionally and promptly.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral, in technical and non-technical terms.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and seek development opportunities.
• Proactive in improving organizational performance.
• Strong listening, analytical, interpersonal skills, and multi-tasking ability.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Pay Range:

Estimated monthly salary: $6,000.30 - $9,716.30. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, and experience. This role is eligible for bonuses or incentives. The wage complies with all regulations and may be higher depending on local requirements.
