Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite personnel and ensure scheduled work is completed properly and on time.
• Assign tasks, monitor attendance, and coordinate staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• Inspect completed work and ensure any issues are promptly corrected.
• Maintain work checklists and service records and provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure personnel follow safety requirements and facility security procedures.
• Be onsite throughout all work performed by assigned personnel.
• Be available Mondays and Fridays, with additional days as needed. Weekly hours vary and are not guaranteed.
• Inspect completed work for quality and appearance, maintain checklists and records, and track recurring and periodic services.
• Identify and correct deficiencies; promptly notify the Project Manager of significant delays, safety hazards, or performance risks.

Job description

We are seeking Project Supervisor who will be responsible for the on-site supervision, coordination, quality control, and documentation of contracted janitorial and lawn maintenance services at the Corpus Christi Resident Office. The Project Supervisor works directly under the Project Manager and serves as the Contractor's primary on-site representative during scheduled and authorized work activities. The position coordinates personnel, assigns work, monitors service quality, ensures compliance with contract requirements, and communicates operational issues to the Project Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY

• Routine janitorial services are currently scheduled for Mondays and Fridays.
• The Project Supervisor must be available on a per-call / as-required basis to supervise scheduled janitorial operations and additional authorized work.
• The Project Supervisor is expected to be on site during all hours in which contractor personnel are performing assigned work.
• The position does not have a guaranteed or fixed number of weekly hours.

REPORTING AND DELIVERABLES

• Report directly to the Project Manager on project status, field operations, staffing, schedule, quality, and contract compliance.
• Maintain daily work checklists documenting internal and external work.
• Maintain service completion, inspection, quality-control, and corrective-action records.
• Provide timely notice of significant operational, safety, personnel, scheduling, or contract-compliance issues.
