• Ability to complete cleaning checklists and maintenance logs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable, professional and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and waste; transport to exterior dumpster.
• Pick up trash around building, entrance, stairs, and fenced area.
• Dust desks, chairs, tables, cabinets, shelves, windowsills, baseboards, doors, computers, printers, and fixtures.
• Spot-clean walls, partitions, doors, handrails, woodwork, and other surfaces.
• Clean and polish metal fixtures and door hardware.
• Clean light fixtures and HVAC grilles as needed.
• Complete and submit the cleaning checklist after each workday.

General Janitorial Cleaning

• Empty trash cans and paper shredders in the office and garage and transport waste to the exterior dumpster.
• Pick up trash around the building, front entrance, stairs, and fenced area.
• Dust desks, chairs, tables, cabinets, shelves, windowsills, baseboards, doors, computers, printers, fire extinguishers, and other exposed surfaces.
• Spot-clean walls, partitions, doors, handrails, woodwork, and other surfaces.
• Clean and polish metal fixtures, push plates, kick plates, and door hardware.
• Clean light fixtures and accessible HVAC supply and return grilles as needed.
• Complete and submit the required cleaning checklist after each workday.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or building-maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to clean windows and safely use basic cleaning equipment.
