Job summary

Merchants Building Maintenance is seeking a reliable Janitorial Operations Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning across multiple accounts in California. You will supervise staff, perform quality inspections, coordinate schedules and supplies, and address customer concerns to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in supervisory roles, strong leadership and communication abilities, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work flexible day/night shifts including

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities, or customer-service operations.
• Bilingual Spanish / English proficiency required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to conduct site inspections, supervise employees, address customer concerns, and maintain service quality.
• Experience with hiring, employee performance, payroll, supplies, and operational paperwork.
• Must be available for a flexible day/night schedule and on-call support as needed.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Operations Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple accounts. This position is responsible for supervising staff, conducting quality inspections, coordinating schedules and supplies, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring all services meet company and client standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, experience in customer service or janitorial operations, and the ability to work a flexible, on-call schedule.

Compensation

• Salary 70k per year / $32 per hour
