Ferrovial's Webber division seeks a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead heavy highway projects in the Houston area. You will supervise skilled crews, enforce safety, manage schedules and budgets, and collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure.

The role requires 10+ years in heavy civil construction, a high school diploma or GED, and strong English communication; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of heavy highway and civil construction experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Written and verbal English; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee heavy highway construction activities and manage skilled crews.
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence, budgeting and quality on projects.
• Coordinate with management, subcontractors, and clients to meet milestones.
• Enforce standards, regulations, and company policies; mentor staff.
• Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
