Centurion Selection, LLC seeks an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the ground-up construction of a 300-unit podium multifamily development. You will lead day-to-day field operations, managing subcontractors, sequencing and site logistics to deliver the project safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership on podium construction, strong coordination of trades, and the ability to supervise multiple crews through OCC and turnover.

Lead Superintendent – Ground-Up Multifamily Construction

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the ground-up construction of a 300-unit podium multifamily development. This role will lead day-to-day field operations, managing subcontractors, sequencing and site logistics to deliver the project safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction from site preparation and foundations through podium structure, residential framing, finishes and final turnover.
• Manage daily site operations, subcontractor coordination and field supervision.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules, monitor progress and resolve issues affecting critical milestones.
• Coordinate concrete podium construction, waterproofing, framing, building envelope and MEP installation.
• Work closely with the Project Manager on procurement, long-lead materials, RFIs and changes affecting field operations.
• Enforce site safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
• Oversee inspections, quality control and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and hold trade partners accountable for manpower, productivity and workmanship.
• Manage assistant superintendents and other field staff.
• Coordinate punch lists, unit completion, inspections and phased turnover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent delivering ground-up multifamily projects.
• Previous podium construction experience required, ideally on developments of comparable scale.
• Strong understanding of concrete structures, residential framing, waterproofing and trade sequencing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain demanding construction schedules.
• Experience overseeing projects from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy and closeout.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore preferred.
