Job summary

Centurion Selection, LLC seeks an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the ground-up construction of a 300-unit podium multifamily development. You will lead day-to-day field operations, managing subcontractors, sequencing and site logistics to deliver the project safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership on podium construction, strong coordination of trades, and the ability to supervise multiple crews through OCC and turnover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ground-up multifamily projects.
• Experience with podium construction and large-scale developments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations and supervise subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules and monitor progress.
• Coordinate concrete podium, framing, waterproofing, and MEP sequencing.
• Work with Project Manager on procurement, RFIs, and changes affecting field operations.
• Enforce safety requirements and ensure quality control to drawings and specs.
• Oversee inspections and turnovers, and manage field staff.
