LeoForce is seeking a Multifamily Superintendent to lead ground-up residential construction in the GreaterBoston area. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure schedules, quality, and safety are maintained from site mobilization through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in multifamily supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid track record delivering $30M+ projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience in ground-up construction.
• Proven experience managing multifamily residential projects.
• Strong scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
• Knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, and QC processes.
• Able to lead large field teams and maintain subcontractor relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Position Summary

The Multifamily Superintendent will provide overall field leadership for ground-up multifamily construction projects. This individual will be responsible for managing daily jobsite operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality standards, and promoting a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from site mOur Clientlization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with plans, specifications, local codes, and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce company safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges before they impact project performance.
• Manage quality control processes and oversee inspections throughout construction.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates.
• Coordinate turnover activities and punch-list completion to ensure a successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience in ground-up construction.
• Proven experience managing multifamily residential projects.
• Experience with wood-frame, podium, concrete, steel, or mixed-structure residential construction preferred.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
• Working knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, and quality control processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large field teams and maintain strong subcontractor relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project scheduling tools.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Mid-rise or high-rise multifamily developments.
• Large-scale mixed-use projects incorporating residential components.
• Urban construction experience with logistical and site-access challenges.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $30M+.
