Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on a luxury multifamily development featuring an underground parking structure and retail component. You will drive safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination from structural construction through project completion.

This role oversees daily field operations, manages schedules, ensures safety compliance, coordinates structural, MEP, and architectural scopes, and leads site meetings and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and independent decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, safety, and quality control processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and proactively resolve field challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
