Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Structural Engineer in Buffalo, NY to support water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role involves structural design for critical public infrastructure and provides opportunities for professional growth and technical expertise.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate on innovative solutions while contributing to impactful community-focused projects that enhance water quality and resilience.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, PE license, and 7 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience designing reinforced concrete, structural steel, and masonry systems.
• Experience with water, wastewater, and flood resiliency related projects.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering is preferred.
• OSHA 10 Hr Training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis for water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Develop calculations, drawings, and specifications for structural systems.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and process teams for integrated solutions.
• Support field implementation and resolve construction challenges.
