Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to join our Production Support team. As an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect, you will provide technical expertise and leadership in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud solutions focusing on Absence Management, Time & Labor, or Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM and experience working as a solution architect in a large-scale environment. This role involves triaging defects with the tech team, configuring systems, guiding business process owners through testing new functionalities and updates, supporting quarterly updates, and ensuring smooth transitions. Additionally, you will provide internal customers with optimal solutions to utilize Oracle Fusion HCM, roll out new functionalities, identify process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and support users. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Production support for Oracle HCM Fusion modules including Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Benefits.
• Review and evaluate quarterly updates; prepare and execute testing within specified timelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design suitable solutions.
• Configure and maintain HCM systems using Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Create functional and technical designs based on business needs.
• Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Support development teams during development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Make key technical decisions regarding standards, policies, architecture, and data flows.
• Present analyses and feature enablement options to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or
• Associate's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or
• High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Relevant Work Experience

• At least 3 years as an Oracle Fusion HCM functional analyst or super user.
• Participation in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, Core HR, HR Help Desk, Payroll.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM configurations, transaction tables, year-end processes, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience supporting Redwood.

Licenses and Certifications

• Driver's License required.

Additional Physical Demands

• Ability to respond to company emergencies and perform System Emergency Assignments.
• Willingness to travel within the company's service territory as needed.
