Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to join our Production Support team. As an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in Oracle Cloud solutions, focusing on Absence Management and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM and experience working as a solution architect in a large-scale environment.

Responsibilities

1. Guide functional leads and business process owners through configuration and testing of quarterly releases, including Redwood updates. Provide support, knowledge transfer, and ensure smooth transitions post-updates.
2. Support internal customers by providing solutions to utilize Oracle Fusion HCM, rolling out new functionalities, identifying process improvements, troubleshooting, and user support.
3. Review and evaluate quarterly updates, and perform required testing within deadlines.
4. Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and design appropriate solutions.
5. Configure, implement, and maintain HCM solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM.
6. Create functional and technical designs based on business needs.
7. Provide technical leadership in design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
8. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system integration.
9. Support development teams during development, testing, and deployment phases.
10. Present analyses for feature enablement to leadership and stakeholders.
