Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Oracle HCM Fusion modules.
• Evaluate quarterly updates, conduct testing, and ensure timely implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that meet their needs.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM systems.
• Create functional and technical designs based on business requirements.
• Guide and support development teams during project phases.
• Make key technical decisions regarding architecture and data flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM analyst or super user.
• Involvement in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and underlying configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Redwood.

• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel within the service territory.
