Role Description The Project Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation through completion. This role includes organizing project documentation, tracking timelines and deliverables, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project workflows. The Project Specialist will assist with preparing status reports, updating project management tools, and identifying potential risks or delays to help maintain project quality and efficiency. Daily responsibilities also involve responding to stakeholder inquiries, supporting customer-facing activities, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to align project objectives with business goals. The role requires consistent on-site presence to participate in meetings, review project progress, and provide real-time support to project leads.
