• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product development with overseas factories, including product specifications, samples, testing, costing, timelines, and production readiness.
• Monitor production schedules, capacity, raw materials, quality questions, and delivery status with manufacturers.
• Analyze product costs including raw materials, labor, packaging, freight, tariffs, and other supply chain expenses.
• Track inventory, forecasts, purchase orders, and potential supply chain risks to support on-time delivery.
• Communicate with customers regarding product specifications, project updates, lead times, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product development with overseas factories, including product specifications, samples, testing, costing, timelines, and production readiness.
• Work directly with manufacturers to monitor production schedules, capacity, raw materials, quality questions, and delivery status.
• Analyze product costs, including raw materials, labor, packaging, freight, tariffs, and other supply chain expenses.
• Track inventory, forecasts, purchase orders, and potential supply chain risks to support on-time delivery.
• Communicate with customers regarding product specifications, project updates, lead times, quality questions, and product-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve issues, manage specification changes, and support continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
• Job type: Direct hire.
• Location: Chino, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Coordinate product development projects with overseas manufacturers from specification review through production and delivery.
• Manage project timelines, supplier communication, samples, testing, costing, purchase orders, and delivery updates.
• Support supply chain coordination, inventory tracking, forecasting, and risk monitoring.
• Communicate project status and product details with customers, factories, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, International Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, or product development.
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers, particularly in Asia.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, sourcing, product development, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively across different time zones.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work outside standard business hours as needed to coordinate with international teams and suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with disposable medical devices, medical consumables, healthcare products, or other regulated products.
• Experience with OEM or private-label manufacturing.
• Experience with product costing, supplier management, forecasting, inventory planning, or international logistics.
