Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Project Services Coordinator to join our Conshohocken, PA office. The role provides support to project priorities, schedules and client requirements under guidance from the Project Manager or Project Services Manager.

Responsibilities include managing project documents, tracking items, coordinating with internal teams and clients, attending meetings, and ensuring timely responses. Travel may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with education/experience.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Notary public preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in support of multiple projects with guidance.
• Prepare, manage, and track project documents (agreements, correspondence, deliverables, insurance, submittal logs, site visit schedules).
• Follow up with internal team on open/overdue items.
• Prepare and track budget authorization requests within PM systems.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of project files.
• Track and coordinate with outside parties to ensure timely responses.
• Communicate and coordinate with team members, outside parties, and clients to advance projects.
• Attend project meetings or conference calls as needed.
• Understand company services and structure.
• Travel based on client/project needs.
• Handle additional tasks as directed.
