Qualifications

• Requires reading/writing and understanding English for communications and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple concurrent projects under guidance.
• Prepare, manage, and track project documents (agreements, correspondence, deliverables, logs).
• Follow up with internal teams on overdue items.
• Prepare and track budget authorization requests in project management systems.
• Maintain project files (electronic and hard copies).
• Track and manage project communications with internal/external parties.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, outside parties and clients.
• Prepare memos, reports and other project documents as directed.
• Travel may be required based on client or project needs.
