Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Project Services Coordinator to support project priorities, schedules, and client requirements in our Buffalo, NY or Albany, NY offices. The role works with guidance from the Project Manager or Project Services Manager to ensure timely, accurate handling of project documents and communications.

The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree or equivalent, 2+ years of related experience, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in education and experience
• 2+ years of related experience
• Notary public preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and workload
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information
• Strong written and verbal English skills

Responsibilities

• Support multiple concurrent projects with guidance
• Prepare, manage, and track project documents (agreements, correspondence, deliverables, logs)
• Follow up with internal teams on overdue items
• Process budget authorization requests in project management systems
• Assist in creating and maintaining project files
• Coordinate communications between PMs, teams, and clients
• Attend project meetings and conference calls
• Travel as needed based on client or project requirements
• Understand Colliers services and organizational structure
• Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership
