Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project Services Coordinator to support project priorities, schedules, and client requirements under guidance from the Project Manager.

The role involves document control, budget tracking in project systems, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and contributing to project files and communications; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent in education and experience.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform specific tasks in support of multiple concurrent projects with guidance.
• Prepare, manage, and track project related documents such as agreements, correspondence, deliverables, insurance, submittal logs, RFI Logs, site visit schedules, etc.
• Follow up with internal team members on open/overdue items.
• Prepare, submit, track, and act upon budget authorization requests within client project management systems as directed.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project files, including both electronic and hard copies.
