Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Project Services Coordinator to support project priorities, schedules, and client requirements under the guidance of the Project Manager or Project Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehension and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in support of multiple concurrent projects with guidance.
• Prepare, manage, and track project documents such as agreements, correspondence, deliverables, insurance, submittals, and logs.
• Follow up with internal team members on open/overdue items.
• Submit, track, and act on budget authorization requests within project management systems.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project files (electronic and hard copies).
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, outside parties, and clients to advance projects.
