Job summary

Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking a Project Secretary – Education and Learning to work with curriculum and instructional staff, coordinating instructional services and facilitating programs that enhance student learning. Position Summary

The Project Secretary – Education and Learning works with curriculum and instructional staff to plan, coordinate, and facilitate instructional programs/services that support academic learning. Serves as a liaison between the assigned program(s), other ISD programs, and staff from the constituent school districts, business/community partners, and institutes of higher education.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma/equivalent plus thirty hours of coursework of study beyond high school required.
  • College level coursework in office administration, business, or technology preferred. Associate degree preferred.
  • Documented continuing education credits, school board CEU’s, workshops, or seminars equivalent to thirty plus hours may be considered.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a business or educational agency required.
Pay Range:
  • $17.92 – $23.83/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Paid Time Off:
  • Sick and Personal Business paid time, up to 13 days
