Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking an HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team by handling confidential employee data and performing special projects. The role may include acting as the applicant tracking system administrator and coordinating employee orientation.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of business office experience, and familiarity with educational agencies or HR practices.

The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for the performance of a variety of assigned tasks and special projects to support the goals and objectives of the Human Resources Department. Maintains the integrity of confidential employee information including, but not limited to demographic data, social security numbers, immigration paperwork, salaries, criminal history records, evaluations, corrective action documentation and results of pre-employment tests. May serve as system administrator for applicant tracking system. Schedules and organizes employee orientation. Provides excellent customer service to all individuals and organizations in the performance of job duties.
Pay Range: $23.25 – $30.57 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Work Schedule: 261 days / 7.5 hours daily
