Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a scheduling professional to join the project team in New Albany, OH. You will help prepare, establish, and maintain schedule data for proposals or contracts, and perform schedule development, monitoring, reporting, and analysis.

You will optimize scheduling to support deadlines and objectives, with experience in large-scale engineering and construction projects essential. This role requires Primavera P6 expertise and delivering Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 2–5 years of relevant experience, or 6–9 years of related work experience.
• Expert communication skills including technical writing for contracts and change management.
• Expert problem-solving skills with ability to assess impacts on project costs.
• Field experience with large-scale engineering and construction contracts.
• Experience supporting or leading claims development.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Power BI to create dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing schedule data for proposals or contracts.
• Establish and maintain the schedule for a discipline.
• Develop WBS, durations, workflow logic, and job expenditure.
• Monitor schedule, identify critical activities, update functions.
• Maintain critical path reports and schedule performance metrics.
• Analyze problems to determine schedule criticality.
• Assist with schedule recovery plans.
