Job summary

Currie & Brown is seeking a Scheduler to support our Indiana client location. You will develop, track and optimize project schedules using Primavera P6 from design through commissioning, while aligning with QA and validation needs.

The role emphasizes communication with clients and interdisciplinary teams to keep milestones on track. You will also create dashboards using Tableau or Power BI and contribute to project control, reporting and risk assessment to drive successful outcomes for complex

Qualifications

Experience with large pharmaceutical, manufacturing or industrial projects preferred.
Experience with Primavera P6.
Experience with Commissioning, Qualification & Validation.
Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills.
Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute.

Responsibilities

Developing, tracking and analyzing schedules using Primavera P6 platform from design through to readiness.
Developing and tracking critical path, forecast completion dates, risks and milestones.
Understanding and following schedule management best practices.
Communicating with client representatives, design consultants, contractors, sub-consultants and vendors.
Preparing progress reports and flagging issues impacting the schedule.
Assisting project manager with evaluation of progress and critical activities.
Ensuring schedules are accurate and useful for project management decisions.
Recording historical schedule information and lessons learned.
