Job summary

Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. The Construction Planner will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated construction schedules to support field execution, interfacing with multiple teams to ensure alignment with engineering release, material availability, fabrication, and installation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with strong CPM scheduling, Power BI, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• CPM scheduling expertise with Primavera P6 and EVMS proficiency.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to develop Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Update Level 3 and Level 4 schedules to reflect progress and forecast.
• Integrate engineering releases, materials, and subcontractor activities into the schedule.
• Coordinate 3WLA and 90-day look-ahead planning with field supervision.
• Track progress, perform risk analysis, and develop recovery plans.
