Job summary

Cordoba Corporation seeks a Project Scheduler in Los Angeles to analyze and monitor schedules for large capital projects across multiple disciplines. You will review Primavera P6 baselines, assess logic and milestones, and produce detailed comments using established templates.

QA/QC on submittals, earned value curves, and KPI reports are key duties. The role requires 6+ years in construction scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to develop and communicate schedule recovery plans.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years full-time paid professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor.
• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version (P6 v19) and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field, or equivalent combination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret detailed construction drawings and understand work scope across disciplines.
• Review contractor baseline and monthly P6 schedules for missing scope, logic, milestones, and cost loading.
• Provide written schedule review comments using client templates.
• Perform QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals for contract conformance.
• Create Earned Value curves per LAUSD EVA template guidelines.
• Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation to advance the schedule.
• Prepare reports and conduct schedule progress reviews with the project team.
