As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Installation Department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is eager to grow with our team.

Requirements

• Schedule installation and service appointments with homeowners based on crew and customer availability. Scheduling should also be based on the installation crews skill set
• Develop and maintain customer satisfaction by communicating with crew and customers prior to, during, and after installation to ensure complete customer satisfaction and a five-star review!
• Continual update of job progress and customer communication into CRM

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma
• Basic experience in construction, windows and/or doors is preferred
• Highest level of customer service with enthusiasm and professional attitude
• Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions
• Must be detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
