Job summary

McFarland Construction US is hiring a detail-oriented Project Scheduler for our Tulsa, OK site. You will develop, monitor, and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion, using CPM methods and scheduling tools while collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in construction project engineering or management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction project engineering or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other scheduling tools.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather schedule inputs and update timelines.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify potential delays, recommending mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders through reports and dashboards.
• Integrate cost and resource loading into schedules to align with project budgets and workforce planning.
• Analyze changes to project scope and assess their impact on timelines and resources.
