The Project Scheduler will work with the project management team in developing, monitoring, and updating an integrated construction project plan and schedule so that projects are executed in the most efficient manner possible. This person will support and lead training programs, develop, implement, and maintain processes. The Project Scheduler will have a deep understanding of scheduling principles and how they can best be applied to achieve practical and impactful results through the execution lifecycle of the dynamic leased portfolio. The position will need to be adept at communicating complex details and large data sets from multiple sources to executive management and the program scheduler. In addition, the position will work closely site construction leads, cost analysts and other cross functional partners to ensure that key schedule risks are being identified, claims and changes analyzed, impacts identified and effectively communicate all of the risks and issues across the stakeholders.
