Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of scheduling experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.
• Knowledge of construction planning, progress measurement, and schedule controls.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
• Local candidates onsite three days per week preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish and manage approved schedule baselines.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedules across multiple departments and disciplines.
• Track milestones, critical-path activities, project progress, and schedule variances.
• Create schedule metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
• Identify potential delays, scheduling risks, and project impacts.
• Work with project teams to develop mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Coordinate scheduling activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and other project functions.
• Communicate project timelines, milestones, and schedule changes to stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules for complex construction and utility projects. This position will monitor project progress, identify scheduling risks, and partner with cross-functional teams to keep critical activities and milestones on track.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of professional scheduling experience, preferably supporting construction projects
• Strong hands‑on experience with Primavera P6
• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules
• Knowledge of construction planning, progress measurement, and schedule controls
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional project teams
• Utility and/or EPC project experience is strongly preferred
• Preference will be given to local candidates who can work onsite three days per week.
