Construction Resources, Ltd. in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Project & Schedule Manager to oversee installed product categories from quote development through closeout.

You will be the primary contact for builders and customers, coordinating scheduling, resource planning, installation readiness, and operational execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Installation, and Customer teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality standards, while driving

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in project management, construction coordination, scheduling, or related fields.
• Experience in residential construction, building products or installation services preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and quotes for assigned product categories.
• Improve service-level expectations for quote quality and turnaround time.
• Support pricing governance, margins and approvals with Sales/Operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate quoting processes.
• Oversee projects through planning, scheduling, execution and closeout.
• Coordinate deliveries, installations and project documentation.
• Maintain project schedules and cross-department coordination.
