You will track timelines, prepare materials, liaise between Sales and Operations, update CRM data, and help with proposals. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years in project coordination, sales support, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers with daily project coordination, admin tasks, and client communication.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and update project documents, presentations, and sales materials.
• Liaise between Sales, Operations, and internal teams to support execution.
• Monitor progress and report risks and opportunities.
