Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Contract Sales Executive for commercial foodservice equipment in the Spring Valley, NY area.

The role focuses on evaluating projects, developing bid strategies, coordinating proposals, and building relationships with general contractors throughout bidding and contract award. Training occurs at the Rockland County office with eventual flexibility for field work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial foodservice equipment, construction, or contract sales.
• Experience working with general contractors on substantial projects.
• Ability to travel within the United States for project needs.
• Neat understanding of bid processes, value engineering, and scope changes.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, plans, and bid documents.
• Evaluate opportunities and select projects to pursue.
• Develop bid strategies based on contractor relationships, pricing and labor needs.
• Coordinate with estimating/preconstruction to prepare proposals.
• Review proposals for scope, exclusions, and alternates.
• Communicate pricing, specs, and availability with manufacturers.
• Build relationships with contractors, estimators, PMs, and owners.
• Participate in bid reviews and contract negotiations.
• Follow up post-submission to advance opportunities.
• Present proposals and negotiate terms and contracts.
• Coordinate after award to support project execution.
