Job summary

Integra, based in Houston, seeks a Project Risk Manager to drive the PMO’s risk processes. You will identify, document, and track risks, maintain risk registers, and support schedule integration, governance reporting, and readiness activities across multiple functions and sites.

You will facilitate risk workshops, ensure timely mitigation actions, and partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance to align risks with project directives and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project risk registers and ensure timely updates from functional owners.
• Facilitate recurring project-level risk reviews with PMs and functional SMEs.
• Support integration of risk baselines into Project Directives and early planning.
• Apply standard risk scoring, templates, and documentation across all active projects.
• Conduct risk identification sessions with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Facilities, Operations, Quality, and Finance.
• Ensure functional owners define clear mitigation actions, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-site risk visibility and alignment.
• Partner with schedulers to integrate risk impacts into project schedules.
• Monitor tasks and constraints that may affect the critical path.
• Communicate schedule risk indicators to the Senior Manager and Project Managers.
• Track factory readiness risks including tooling, layout changes, qualification, equipment receipt, and staffing.
• Participate in readiness walks, floor reviews, and build planning meetings.
• Prepare risk summaries and documentation for long-lead or at-risk procurement reviews.
• Update risk dashboards and support reporting for Summits, Touchpoints, and readiness gates.
• Escalate overdue mitigations or high-severity risks to the Senior Manager.
