Job summary

Integra is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to oversee and manage engineering projects within our manufacturing operations in Houston. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field) required.
• Proven experience as Engineering Project Manager in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and PM methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and staff; assign tasks and set expectations.
• Facilitate communication among team members to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
• Oversee design, development and implementation of engineering solutions and ensure quality standards.
• Review and approve technical documentation, designs and specifications.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
