Job summary

Integra is hiring a Project Quality Specialist in Houston, TX to own the end-to-end issue triage and resolution process across multiple projects. You will bridge factory and field quality teams, triage observations within one business day, and drive root cause analysis with action owners.

You will support metrics, dashboards, and management reporting while ensuring lessons learned are captured for future projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• Engineering background with ability to read drawings, specs, and inspection reports.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or construction quality experience.
• Familiarity with NCR/ECR/CAPA workflows and ISO 9001 principles.
• Experience with issue-tracking platforms and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and run end-to-end triage and resolution across multiple projects.
• Monitor quality observation system and triage new observations within 1 day.
• Facilitate weekly meetings to advance issue resolution with factory/field teams.
• Conduct 1-on-1s to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification.
• Manage closeout and record closure with documented lessons learned.
• Escalate critical issues when delays threaten timelines.
• Support management with issue reporting and KPI dashboards.
