Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation seeks an Engineering Governance & Project Controls Manager to implement global governance, standards, and lifecycle documentation for capital projects. You will coordinate with Global Facilities Engineering, site teams, and external partners to ensure consistent execution and compliance.

Candidates should have extensive engineering and project controls experience in regulated environments, with strong documentation practices and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in regulated environments, preferably medical devices.
• 3-5 years of project management in engineering/manufacturing with ISO/QSR knowledge.
• Experience with engineering change controls, risk, and design control procedures.
• Experience developing or implementing engineering standards, governance, or project execution methodologies.
• Experience with engineering documentation, drawing management, and turnover requirements.
• Experience coordinating with external architectural, engineering, construction, and technical services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across dispersed locations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global engineering governance standards, procedures, tools, and templates for capital projects.
• Manage standardized project controls for scope, cost, schedule, risk, forecasting, and reporting.
• Implement a consistent capital project stage-gate process from initiation through closeout.
• Provide technical and governance leadership for multidisciplinary engineering and project lifecycle activities.
• Interface with external engineering, architectural, construction, and technical service providers.
• Lead global documentation efforts for facility engineering, construction, commissioning, validation, and turnover.
• Establish and maintain CAD and document standards, including naming, revision control, and storage.
• Partner with Quality, EHS&S, Procurement, Finance, IT, and site teams to meet requirements.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve document management and data integrity.
• Support development and administration of the Integra Facilities Management System.
