Job summary

Integra is seeking a Senior Project Risk Manager to lead risk processes across capital, construction, and manufacturing projects in Houston. You will independently run qualitative and quantitative risk activities, manage risk registers, run Monte Carlo simulations, and partner with Project Managers to improve visibility of project risks and governance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7-12 years of progressive experience in project controls, project management, engineering, operations, or project risk management.
• Experience facilitating cross‑functional risk workshops and maintaining risk registers and governance reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with Monte Carlo, tornado or sensitivity analyses, and Schedule Risk Analysis.
• Familiarity with CPM scheduling, risk-adjusted dates, and contingency concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project risk registers and ensure timely updates from functional owners.
• Facilitate recurring project risk reviews and risk‑identification workshops with Project Managers and SMEs.
• Support integration of risk baselines into project directives and execution plans.
• Apply standard risk scoring, templates, and escalation practices across active projects.
• Evaluate threats and opportunities, define responses, and monitor mitigations through closure.
