Qualifications

• Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in project reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or Project Controls reporting.
• Understanding of Project Controls disciplines including cost, schedule, progress, forecasting, risk, change management, and reporting.
• Experience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Synchro 4D, enterprise reporting databases, and integrated Project Controls systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for data validation from multiple sources.
• Working knowledge of Bechtel Project Controls processes for multiple deliverables in a fast-paced project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute project, client, and management reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance metrics.
• Collect, validate, compile, and integrate cost, schedule, progress, forecasting, risk, and change data from multiple project systems.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, visualizations, and automated reporting products using Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and Synchro 4D.
• Support executive summaries, management reviews, client deliverables, and schedule communications; coordinate with Project Controls.
• Perform data quality reviews and identify inconsistencies, trends, and performance concerns.
• Ensure reporting deliverables meet Bechtel requirements while supporting process improvements.
