Job summary

Bechtel seeks a Sr. Analyst, Databricks and Reporting based in Reston, VA to shape how data becomes insights across the Poland AP1000 Project. You will partner with safety, quality, engineering, and construction teams to deliver analytics, reporting, and data solutions for a megaproject.

You will work with leadership to develop analytics strategies, create KPIs, forecasts, and enterprise reporting leveraging Power BI, SQL, Python, and Databricks in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of extracting data from systems and presenting information for decision making.
• 2+ years with Databricks for data management, analytics, and reporting.
• 2+ years using AI/ML/Generative AI to enhance reporting and automation.
• 3+ years leading analytics with business partners to design and deploy reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise analytics, reporting, and BI aligned with project objectives.
• Lead data engineering initiatives and scalable data pipelines.
• Develop enterprise reporting platforms and KPI visuals.
• Utilize Power BI, SQL, Python, Spark and Databricks notebooks for data processing.
• Contribute to Common Data Environment design and deployment.
• Leverage AI/ML tools to improve reporting and forecasting.
• Communicate analytics strategies to leadership and SMEs.
• Translate technical findings into practical business insights.
• Manage competing priorities and provide technical leadership.
