Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to coordinate cross-functional programs in a highly regulated environment in Washington, DC. You will manage reporting, testing workstreams, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Responsibilities include establishing timelines, building tracking systems, coordinating UAT, supporting audits, and communicating risks and recommendations to leadership as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–7 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience managing compliance, regulatory, or other highly governed business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple project and program workstreams from initiation through completion.
• Establish project timelines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and communicate status updates to leadership.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems, reporting frameworks, filing calendars, and submission workflows to support regulatory reporting obligations.
• Build and manage centralized processes for tracking jurisdiction-specific reporting requirements, deadlines, and required data across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Legal, Operations, Product, and other business stakeholders to ensure project milestones and reporting requirements are met.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including scheduling testing windows, supporting test case execution, and tracking results through resolution.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining organized documentation, version control processes, and compliance records.
• Prepare project reports, summarize progress, identify risks, and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Lead project activities with a high degree of ownership while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll coordinate cross-functional programs, manage reporting and testing workstreams, and ensure critical deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
